Program objectives
Welcome to the Archer College sample learning module, "Managing Your Team's Impression". This self-paced learning experience is a course extract from a more detailed learning course called "Managing the Impression You Create" which provides background to this topic.

By the end of this program you will have had the opportunity to:
- Think about why it matters what impression your team makes.
- Reflect on your team's blind spots - the way others see the team that may be different from the way the team sees itself.
- Consider ways to create the impression you wish to make as a team.
This learning experience will take you no more than 10 -15 minutes to complete, so take your time and work through the content at your own pace.
